Due to the increasing awareness of the harmful effects of the suns rays on our skin, shade has become an important component of play area design. However, how do you ensure that children are covered and safe? Our specialists can advise on your specific needs, including the percentage of shade required versus natural shade available; UV blockout of existing and new shade; optimal shade times as well as many other important design considerations. All new shade installations are accompanied by a certificate showing the actual shaded area and the amount of UV light blockout. Confidence that the ultimate protection is provided to our children.
